Do I have to wear white?
Yes! Light coloured pants or jeans are ok too but everyone should wear as much white as they can.
Is Illuminate a licensed event?
Yes, the event is R18 and there will be 3 bars stocked full of Jager bombs and Red Bull vodkas for your drinking pleasure. There will also be other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options and food available.

Is the paint free or do I have to pay for it?
The paint is free during 'Illumination' at 12.30am and other paint dispersals throughout the night. You will also be able to buy paint at any time after 12.30am but there will be enough free paint to get everyone very messy!
Can I bring my own paint?
For safety reasons you can not bring your own paint to the party. Paint will be supplied.
Is the paint safe?
Yes, all paint is non-toxic and water soluble. It also conforms to all relevant NZ and Australian standards
How do I protect my eyes from the paint?
We will be selling shutter-shades for a cheap rate to keep your eyes safe from paint.
Can I bring my camera with me?
No photography is permitted to prevent complaints regarding paint-damaged electronics. Other valuables can be checked-in at our coat-check.
Will there be a coat check for my valuables?
Definitely. We will provide free coat-check for coats and jackets. There will be a small fee to store bags and purses, though we recommend you leave bags at home.
